When will I get my order?

We will try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. That being said, 

• Please note that all products are made to order. 

• Proccessing Time: 1-2 Business Days
  • *Pre-orders will proccess over the specified time in the product's description*

 

• Delivery Time: 5-7 Buisness Days (Via USPS Ground Advantage, Fedex Ground or UPS Ground)

 

• If you live near LA County or Aneheim California, pickup can be arranged. Please contact us at the email below or send us a DM on instagram BEFORE placing your order. If you place your order and want to change to pick-up, we cannot guarantee a shipping fee refund.

Can I get a refund or exchange my item?

As noted before, all items are made to order. Therefore all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, however if we have extra stock of a certain item, we may offer to exchange an item. This will be offered on a case per case basis.
