  • 4.2. Design Approval: Before production begins, you may be required to approve a final proof of your design.
  • 4.3. Communication and Changes:
    • 4.3.1. Necessary Adjustments: If adjustments to your custom order are necessary, we will contact you promptly.
    • 4.3.2. Response Timeframe: You agree to respond to our communications within five (5) business days.
    • 4.3.3. Implied Consent: If we do not receive a response within five (5) business days, you grant us permission to make necessary adjustments of equal value to proceed with your order.
    • 4.3.4. Delays Due to Communication: We are not responsible for any delays resulting from your delayed response or lack of communication.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • 5.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes or shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • 8.2. Your Designs: For custom orders, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for any designs or materials you provide.
  • 8.3. License to Use: By submitting designs for custom orders, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the designs solely for fulfilling your order.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • 9.1. Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products or services in question.
  • 9.2. No Consequential Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.
